When Will my order ship? 

Orders ship within 7-10 business days of the purchase.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is automatically calculated by the size and dimensions of your item as well as distance.

Do you do international shipping? 

I do! Orders will just cost more out of the U.S. and some countries won't be available if I can't ship to you through usps.

What happens if I gave the wrong address?

Unfortunately I will not be able to refund or resend your items if given the wrong address.

What happens if I never got my order?

If you never get your order because of something going wrong with shipping, I can resend your order for you.

Can I get a refund?

No. Unless something went wrong on mine or the postage's end, every purchase is final.

What is/are The Chromatics?

The Chromatics is a story/world with my original characters. It is a high fantasy world where magic is just returning to the world.
